When you send in your Xbox 360 to Microsoft to get repaired, they will allow you to track the progress of your Xbox 360 as it goes through the repair process. At some point it may stay “in repair” for a few weeks… I doubt it takes them this long to perform the repair… I think they just keep them for a while for observation…lol
Depending on where you live, the entire shipping and other crap can take about a month…. it sucks!
